Il 4 aprile 2024 presso la sede dell’Università di Scienze Gastronomiche di Pollenzo si terrà il secondo workshop organizzato dall’Agenzia di Sviluppo LAMORO nell’ambito delle small-scale actions del progetto europeo CEFoodCycle.
Il workshop sarà l’occasione per monitorare da vicino un cerchio che si sta chiudendo nella filiera agroalimentare con il coinvolgimento di circa 30 aziende interessate che rappresentano 4 categorie di filiere:
- Prodotti ortofrutticoli
- Birra
- Vino
- Prodotti da forno
Durante il workshop, i moderatori del progetto CEFoodCycle, in collaborazione con i rappresentanti di UNISG, cercheranno di guidare le aziende al dialogo su alcuni punti chiave legati allo sviluppo di un cerchio chiuso, fungendo in questo modo da facilitatori. Le riflessioni si focalizzeranno soprattutto sugli aspetti che possono agevolare la creazione (ad esempio l’appartenenza alla stessa filiera o la condivisione di valori di base) e su quelli che invece la rendono più complessa (ad esempio la lavorazione degli scarti, la logistica o la legislazione).
L’obiettivo finale è estrapolare elementi utili che possono essere trasferiti ad altre filiere (nazionali e internazionali) interessate ad attivare azioni di economia circolare per avere una base di partenza ed una metodologia già testata.

The second workshop organized by the LAMORO Development Agency as part of the small-scale actions of the European project CEFoodCycle will be held on 4 April 2024 at the University of Gastronomic Sciences of Pollenzo.
The workshop will represent the opportunity to closely monitor a cycle that is going to be closed in the agri-food supply chain with the involvement of around 30 interested companies representing 4 supply chain categories:
- Fruit and vegetables
- Beer
- Wine
- Bakery products
During the workshop the moderators of the CEFoodCycle project in collaboration with the representatives of the UNISG will lead the companies to dialogue on some key points related to the development of a closed circle, thus acting as facilitators. The considerations will focus above all on the aspects that can ease its implementation (for example belonging to the same supply chain or sharing basic values) and on those ones that instead make it more complex (for example waste processing, logistics and/or legislation).
The final purpose is to extrapolate useful elements that can be transferred to other supply chains (national and international) interested in activating circular economy actions to have a starting point and an already tested methodology.
