31 Mar 27 Marzo 2025 – Stakeholder Group Meeting per ADCAP4GOODGOV, un progetto europeo nato per migliorare la capacità amministrativa delle amministrazioni pubbliche.
L’Agenzia di sviluppo LAMORO, il 27 marzo 2025 ha organizzato un incontro finale su piattaforma Zoom, lo Stakeholder Group Meeting con i portatori d’interesse in merito al progetto ADCAP4GOODGOV finanziato dal programma Interreg EUROPE 2021-2027. Capofila di ADCAP4GOODGOV è il Ministero dello Sviluppo, dei lavori pubblici e dell’amministrazione della Romania, con sede a Bucarest mentre la LAMORO è partner di progetto.
Il progetto mira a contribuire al miglioramento degli strumenti di politica pubblica proposti dai partner, per quanto riguarda le misure di capacità amministrativa, creando le premesse per amministrazioni pubbliche più preparate, in grado di adattarsi alle esigenze dei cittadini, servizi pubblici più performanti e comunità più forti, partecipative e responsabili. In tale contesto, affrontare e rafforzare l’amministrazione delle istituzioni partner, agevolando lo scambio di esperienze tra regioni/paesi con diversi livelli di sviluppo, promuoverà la capacità amministrativa dei partner e li aiuterà a recuperare il ritardo e a ridurre le disparità economiche, sociali e territoriali ancora esistenti nell’UE

The LAMORO Development Agency held an online Stakeholder Group Meeting by involving stakeholders – Piemonte Region and accredited bodies regarding the ADCAP4GOODGOV project financed by the Interreg EUROPE 2021-2027 program. The project ADCAP4GOODGOV is led by the Ministry of Development, Public Works, and Administration of Romania, based in Bucharest, while LAMORO is a project partner.
The main objective of the project is to contribute to the improvement of the public policy tools proposed by the partners, particularly regarding administrative capacity measures. The goal is to create the conditions for more prepared public administrations, capable of adapting to citizens’ needs, ensuring more effective public services, and fostering stronger, more participatory, and responsible communities. In this context, the initiative addresses and strengthens the administration of partner institutions by facilitating the exchange of experiences between regions and countries with varying levels of development, helping to enhance administrative capacity. This approach will assist the partners in bridging the gap and reducing the economic, social, and territorial disparities that still exist in the EU.
Our contribution to this project focuses primarily on the accreditation system and its significant impact on the work of accredited entities. These entities, direct protagonists of the system, were involved in 4 focus groups previously organized to gather feedback based on their experiences.
During this final meeting on March 27, we had the opportunity to share the findings from these focus groups and the material collected with the participants both from Piedmont Region and the accredited bodies.
