29 Mag A scuola di economia circolare con LAMORO per il progetto CEFoodCycle: un webinar del 28 maggio con la classe del ITS Agroalimentare per il Piemonte!
Il 28 maggio alle ore 09:30, l’Agenzia di Sviluppo del Territorio LAMORO ha organizzato un webinar nell’ambito del progetto europeo CEFoodCycle, parte del programma Interreg Alpine Space.
L’incontro ha visto la partecipazione di una classe dell’ITS Agroalimentare per il Piemonte, una realtà formativa di eccellenza che offre corsi biennali post-diploma completamente gratuiti, pensati per formare tecnici altamente specializzati nel settore agroalimentare, con un approccio orientato all’innovazione, alla sostenibilità e al contatto diretto con il mondo del lavoro.Durante il webinar sono stati presentati gli obiettivi e le attività di CEFoodCycle, progetto coordinato da Fachhochschule Salzburg, che promuove la transizione verso un’economia circolare attraverso la creazione di hub territoriali in cinque regioni pilota dell’area alpina. Questi hub favoriscono la collaborazione tra istituzioni, imprese, enti di ricerca e cittadini, con l’obiettivo di sostenere modelli alimentari più sostenibili, resilienti e innovativi.
Nel corso dell’incontro sono state illustrate alcune buone pratiche locali (BIOVA Project e Poliphenolia) che dimostrano come l’economia circolare possa essere applicata concretamente lungo tutta la filiera agroalimentare, valorizzando risorse, riducendo sprechi e generando valore sul territorio.
Un momento di confronto prezioso, che ha stimolato nei giovani partecipanti una maggiore consapevolezza sul ruolo chiave che il settore agroalimentare può giocare nelle sfide ambientali ed economiche attuali.

On May 28th at 9:30 AM, LAMORO Development Agency organized a webinar as part of the European project CEFoodCycle, within the Interreg Alpine Space program.
The event featured the participation of a class from the ITS Agro-food Institute of Piedmont, a leading educational institution offering fully funded two-year post-diploma courses designed to train highly specialized technicians in the agro-food sector, with a strong focus on innovation, sustainability, and direct connection to the world of work.During the webinar, the objectives and activities of CEFoodCycle were presented. This project, coordinated by Fachhochschule Salzburg, promotes the transition towards a circular economy through the creation of territorial hubs in five pilot regions across the Alpine area. These hubs encourage collaboration between institutions, businesses, research bodies, and citizens, aiming to support more sustainable, resilient, and innovative food systems.
The session also highlighted some local best practices (BIOVA Project and Poliphenolia) demonstrating how circular economy principles can be applied concretely throughout the entire agro-food supply chain—enhancing resources, reducing waste, and generating value within the territory.
This valuable moment of discussion helped foster greater awareness among young participants about the crucial role the agro-food sector can play in addressing current environmental and economic challenges.
